For Personal Tax Advisors

Working with Personal Tax Advisors to empower client philanthropy

We understand that personal tax advisors are always looking to differentiate their business, strengthen client relationships and attract the next generation. We also understand that as taxation deadlines approach, you need quick and easy solutions to meet your clients’ needs.

We can help you to strengthen client relationships by having meaningful conversations about charitable giving.

Our Donor Advised Funds offer an easy one stop shop for achieving the tax benefits of charitable giving. They deliver immediate tax benefits and give your clients time to decide which charities to support.

By working with us, your client will receive expert support to maximise the impact of their charitable giving. By working with us, you will also broaden your experience and capabilities.

We will agree up front how our relationship will work. For example, we can send reports, valuations and tax information via you or direct to your clients. We’ll do what works best for you and your client.

For Solicitors

Working with Solicitors to empower client philanthropy

We understand that family and estate planning solicitors are always looking to find effective solutions for their clients.

We understand that your clients may wish to establish a pattern of charitable giving in their lifetime and give a substantial sum to charities after their death. We also know that will-beneficiaries sometimes use a deed of variation to give to charities but that the variation needs to be completed within 2 years of the death to qualify for charity exemptions under inheritance tax.

Our Donor Advised Funds can help your clients make qualifying charitable gifts quickly and easily. They create time and space for your clients to decide which charities to support.

Our DAFs also provide flexibility because a letter of wishes is usually all that is needed to select new and different charities to support.

For Charitable Trusts & Foundations

Working with Charitable Trusts and Foundations to enhance philanthropy

We understand that charitable trusts and foundations can be costly and time-consuming to maintain. We also understand that choosing charities to support can be overwhelming and that it can be difficult to access trusted information and guidance.

We can help you manage charitable funds more efficiently and with less overhead.

By transferring charitable monies into one of our Donor Advised Funds or by appointing The Charity Service a corporate trustee, we can take on all administrative tasks, leaving you free to concentrate on selecting charities to support. If you wish, you can maintain the name of your charitable trust or foundation.

We can also help you to create effective grant-making strategies and select charities that will make a big impact.
